DATA CENTER TELECOM ITALIA, Cesano Maderno (MI)

Telecom Data Center hosting company's core functions, such as supporting data collection activities, sales and billing.
They are carried out in compliance with ISO-27001 certification.

The Cesano Maderno Data Center, with its 11 rooms for a total surface of 3547 sqm, represents an asset of great strategic importance, whose purpose is to support all services provided by Telecom Italy needing to manage large data flow and flexibility.

Cooling of electronic equipment is granted by air cooled unit UNICO TURBO with 1200 kW of cooling capacity, equipped with magnetic levitation centrifugal compressors and produced by DeLClima in the RC Group SpA plant at Valle Salimbene.

The high efficiency of this unit allows to obtain annual savings of 250 MWh, approximately 15% of the total energy consumption used for the whole structure cooling. The system has been declared compliant with the standards of "Tier Classification" of the Uptime Institute.
